Our story begins in 2017, when our 3 founders (Aurel Basuc, Adrian Țuțuianu și Cristian Danciu) turned their dream into reality. Their love for architecture helped them notice something others didn’t: that people need to be connected 24/7 to mobile communication devices. And their creativity helped them successfully develop and incorporate urban chargers in so many different communities.
The first product was developed for Untold (a music festival that takes place in Cluj-Napoca). And this was the most difficult product to develop, as told by our founders. The innovation was appreciated by both the public and the private sector, and the customers started to “plant” the Green Spots trees.

The clients from the public sector are represented by city halls, local authorities, universities, university campuses. The private sector is represented by business offices, residential areas, commercial areas, festivals, Horeca and sports complexes.
Green Spots required a 100.000 euro financing, but a part of it was covered by the Start-Up Nation governamental project, and the sales managed to already recoup the initial investment.
Although Green Spots has an extended range of products, the MVP is represented by the tree with photovoltaic panels that helps you charge your phone, while it shelters you from the sun too.
Green Spots is the living proof of the fact that if you have a dream, you can turn that dream into reality. As long as you’re willing to work for it.
